The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and use during your visit to our website is important to us.
1. Personal data
The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and use during your visit to our website is important to us.
Personal data is information that can be used to find out your identity. This includes your name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not associated with your identity (such as the number of users of a website) is not included. In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity.
When you visit our website, the device you use to access the site automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our servers.
Log data included
- The IP address of the device you use to access the website or service
- The type of browser you use to access
- The page you visited earlier
- Your system configuration
- Date and time.
The IP addresses are only stored to the extent necessary to provide our services. Otherwise, the IP addresses will be deleted or anonymized.
When you make requests, we ask you for your name and other personal information. It is up to you to decide whether or not to enter this data. After an appropriate examination, the EU Commission has certified that Switzerland has a level of data protection comparable to EU law. A transfer of data from the EU to Switzerland is permissible under data protection law. Access to it is only possible for a few, authorized persons. They are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial support of the content and servers.
Only data required to fulfill existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoices) will be stored by us in accordance with legal regulations. However, this data is locked and only accessible to a few authorized persons via passwords.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
If the data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for the purpose of direct advertising (objection pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR).
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was / is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may only be processed – apart from being stored – with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
2. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
We will only use your personal information for the purpose of use by us. We do not pass on the data to third parties without your express consent. Insofar as we are obliged to do so by law or by court order, we will transmit your data to bodies entitled to receive information.
